I am writing because I have tried every other avenues to get an account activated for my business. I set up the account over 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting to activate it. This is all I need done but it is impossible to speak with anyone via phone or chat. I know times are difficult now due to this viral crisis but it is essential that we get this account activated so that my business can survive this crisis as well. I am currently on hold for a representative which I have been informed will be several hours. If there is anything that can be done to get this account activated I would sure appreciate the help.
