I am writing to you because PayPal put me in collections for $48.29. When I attempted to access my PayPal account (prior to PayPal putting my account into collections), I could not log into my PayPal account. The issue is that I had a CREDIT balance of $48.29 in my PayPal account. I figured PayPal could take the $48.29 and it would cover what they claim I owe them. Since I have no access to my PayPal account, I cannot go through my account and see the discrepancies as well as prove I had a CREDIT of $48.29, not a DEBIT of $48.29. I am disputing PayPal's putting me into collections for $48.29. I want a print out of all of my transactions with PayPal, please.
