Brian Henderson sent a message to Daniel Schulman that said:
I, :Brian Henderson: do not consent to any further policy changes to my PayPal account. For a contract has been made between two party, for that contract to change there must be full disclosure and mutual consent. I, :Brian Henderson: do not consent to any changes to my PayPal account nor my PayPal credit account. I further withdraw any consent that was given at the start of this agreement. My silence will no longer be considered consent, as you will receive registered notice through the UPU as well as this email as to the withdrawl of my consent to this contract.
