I have been locked out of my PayPal account for THREE days, I have tried to call and get help, but the automated system tells me there is no one to talk to and tells me to go to HELP online, and then disconnects the call. I do that, and the help line tells me to call the number to talk to a Representative. I call the number and the automated service repeats what the first call said and disconnects the phone! THIS IS UNSAT! SOMEONE within Paypal opened up a business account in my name and put me in the negative. I gave up and paid the negative so that I could ship my sold item...and it is STILL saying that account is negative. I CANNOT run my business with a company that shuts their customers out!
