I have had a big issue on refund on item purchased. Your customer service department has been giving me the run around since the order was placed. I tried to cancel and I was not allowed to do this. I ordered some shoe boxes and received a tarp wrapped package of something like plastic envelopes. I have made many emails and phone call to your customer service and always get a different story. Even telling me maybe i was scamming the customer how insulting to me. Then they told me to ship back neither the post office, fed ex, usps would not accept this package because come to find out it was from China which that was not even stated when ordering they represented themselves as a U.S company. I am 60 years old and don't think that i should have my money stolen from me in this manner. I sent your customer service pictures of what i received. They just sent me a email on the 26th to say they are denying my claim and closed the case. They send me the information and i look at what they are sending me and this company has two or three different names. I would really appreciate a response from you to resolve this matter.
