I have had a paypal account since 2008 and l need some help.
I have been trying to contact your customer services in the UK for 2 days. I was left on the message centre for 7 and half hours without a reply to my messages l have also continually called Paypal and am continually disconnected maybe you can help me as nobody seems to want to. paypal have rejected my photo ID because it shows terence and not terry. the photo ID documents paypal have asked for all have terence and not terry on. most people in the UK use a shortened version of their Christian name which l have done. l have used terry on all my bank accounts, credit cards, paypal and eBay but documents such as driving licence and passport show terence so what would you like me to do. All the activity on my account comes from eBay. Due to corona virus l an unable to work so l have been selling my possessions so l can feed my family and pay the bills. By restricting my account and paypal not willing to help me resolve this issue is putting my health and wellbeing in jeopardy and trying to get help from paypal is very stressful will you help me?????
