I have requested a refund on my shipping charges to China of $35.35; which was a fraud case. They contend that it exceeded the 30 day period. I just recently (11-22-20) received my merchandise refund; so therefore, could not request a shipping refund until I was paid. Unfortunately, this case took too much time, which I was a victim of. I would appreciate any help that you may give me.
