I have tried and failed numerous times to remove a closed bank account from my Paypal account that I've had for 9 years,after providing my new bank account. Your customer service is absolutely NO help at all; this is just ridiculous to the point of absurdity.They keep giving me the same directions and your website will not remove it says try again later. What do I have to do,close my Paypal account to remove an old bank account?
