I'm disgusted with the lack of support from Pay Pal. I ordered two items from I saw on Facebook for Christmas presents. I received one and not the other. The cost was $55. The one I received was broken. I went to the Pay Pal resolution center and opened a case. The seller from China refuses to refund me the payment until I send the items back, which I have to pay the shipping for. I asked them for a prepaid shipping label but was told I have to pay shipping. Pay Pal was totally on the side of the seller. I have to call Fed Ex and ship it back to China at some unknown expense by 1/25/20 or I get nothing.
Don't expect Pay Pal to act on your behalf, their on the side of the sellers.
