I need a problem resolved immediately. Last year I sent your company certified mail stating my brother died and needed his Tax ID information changed. I sent in my information to get this done and I believe it is not changed. I then opened my own account and scanned over my tax number and I am getting messages that they do not have my tax information. I need both accounts cleared up because I am not going to deal with the IRS because PayPal does not help me clear this up. Please contact me and I am sorry to bother you but no one answers my email, the phone rings off the hook and a live representative put you at hold and you get disconnected. Thanks
