I want an explanation as to why your company PayPal allowed money to be stolen from my account by a hacker and then tried to blame me and the merchant. Our security scans show no virus, the merchant could not have taken the money unless PayPal allowed him to. To make it worse you did not even notice the suspicious activity on our account-we had to inform you. You then bounced us from one arrogant agent to another instead of allocating one for continuity and told us we had to wait for our stolen money and we had to chase up the merchant. It took FOUR days for you to put any security on my account trying to a blame a virus that did not exist. When that failed with the evidence of the security scans, you then tried to blame the merchant. Here's the truth, PayPal alone are to blame because you allowed unauthorised access to our data protected account that you were supposed to protect and all roads lead back to you. The merchant could not have taken the money without PayPal allowing him to could he? You and you alone are to blame and this time your dirt has caught up with you. It was either a failure in YOUR security that allowed a hacker access to my account or an insider or yourself is selling data protected information. You are a crook and a conman and your practice of holding money that is legally not yours will end. The police and the fraud squad are investigating and I am going to release our story to mainstream media to warn the world of your policies, how you treat customers and how unsafe their money is with you. You do not have the legal authority to hold refunds the way you do when that money does not belong to you. in our case when the money was money that you allowed to be stolen from our account, it should have been paid back immediately. We never even got an apology for your failure as custodians of our details. Your fine times are over and I hope the police and fraud squad take you to the cleaners in the same way you have done to customers all over the world for years. Read the reviews. I am sorry I didn't because I never would have gone near you. Mind you, if you can scam children and Alzheimer sufferers why stop there eh? By the way, the photo you asked for and I uploaded is flagged and is unique to PayPal. We will know in minutes if you try to use it in another scam.
