I would like Mr. Schulman to correct an error by PayPal management (disputes) where I was instructed to return (getting a "tracking #"), a Non-working remote control for a product (SamSung 860 DVD player) I'd purchased thru PeBay / PayPal, from a company PayPal believes to be China - though Paypal's address for this company I purchased the remote control from - according to the post office - does NOT exist... Not to mention Paypal's recorded response for the address of the company - from Paypal's computer - to the "dispute" , is pure gibberish (NOTE: I personally played this response - which I had recorded - to a dispute supervisor maned Margie on 10/26/19 at about 10:35am. Dispute was denied because "I failed to return the product as instructed and get a tracking #" - something impossible to accomplish given even PayPal has no correct address address for this company - other than an address is Chinese that PayPal is unable to translate into English in a manner my post office postmaster can understand.
