It appears that PayPal is complicit in an international scam of its customers. Without doing into a longated explanation, please follow this site and see how many of us PayPal customers have been and continue to be ripped off by a company that we used paypal to complete the purchase. There are literally thousands and growing. We have reached out to Attorney's about a class action suite. I really thought PayPal was better than this.
