I've been trying to rectify a problem with my PayPal account. I started this process on June 24, going on three weeks ago.
The "message center" through my paypal account has been of no help whatsoever--27 people or "people" have interacted with me and they don't bother to read the conversation nor explain anything. The people hiding behind your Twitter accounts are similarly unable to help.
I want to speak with someone on the phone. I want to actually have an interaction with someone who can respond, not regurgitate boilerplate.
