Mr. Schulman,
Every time I get the chance to use PayPal I do. It has protected me in the past and I felt secure. Recently I ordered a product from China for 65.41. What I received was a plastic bag with some sort of plastic or rubber inside of it. I called PayPal and was told that I had to return this in order to get a refund. The cost to return this from ANY courier service is 155.50. Needless to say it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that I wont be doing that.
Also, the customer service line Purposely puts you on hold when you ask to speak with a supervisor in hopes that you will hang up. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in what used to be such a good company. The last 4 times I called the customer service line to resolve this I was put on hold for an hour EACH time. I just want my money back.
