Mr. Schulman,

I am truly disappointed and angry, really, that there is nobody in your company that can assist me with an issue I have experienced. I made a payment to the wrong recipient. I first contacted Paypal, then I contacted the wrong recipient several times, who evidently does not have the integrity to respond. I'm told by Paypal customer service that nothing can be done. My money is gone. The person who actually performed a service has not been paid, and will not be paid unless I pay again. I think the money should be reversed from the wrong recipient's account. Maybe it's not your problem that this person happens to be dishonest. But I would think the company would want to maintain it's credibility by doing the right thing. Is there truly nothing that can be done here? I appreciate your consideration.
