I am writing you in reference to my dispute involving what I believe is a Fraudulent Online Transaction which has resulted my losing $421.00. I have provided information to prove that the tracking number provided by this Fraudulent Online Seller was never associated with my transaction. The Case ID PP-D-58902055 has been decided against me despite providing documented proof that I never received my order.
As you may note, the language and tone of my correspondence is at times coarse and threatening. For this I apologize. I have grown increasingly frustrated with the lack of investigation and concern for the safety and security you advertise as hallmarks of your service.
As an Air Ambulance Pilot providing Emergency Transportation for COVID 19 Patients I have little time to resolve this issue.
I am not in the habit of writing to the CEO, however I feel as though I am at the end of my rope.
