I have been a Paypal customer since the beginning and have been very happy in the past. I am now going to refuse to use your service and will tell everyone I know that you do not support your customers.
I submitted a problem with a product I ordered, submitted everything requested from your resolution center, then patiently waited almost 3 months to have them come back and close my resolution request because they indicate I was incorrect on my assertion that I didn't receive the correct order.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I know I won't hear from you or your people but just had to get this off my chest.
