PayPal business Pros has been charging my account for $19.99 since 2011 or 2010. Absolutely NO activity.
The account ran out of money so now they are charging my 'personal banking' account. I am a senior citizen. I live on SS. They refuse to cancel or send me any kind of refund. I have no idea what the email account that was set up for this long defunct website. To make matters worse your person refused to send me 'any' documentation his name Terrance and he hung up on me!
