Normally I don't bother writing a CEO. Normally this doesn't happen. For the fact that PayPal removed the money from my account before the "Reverse" of my purchase, I am suspicious of the motive here. This purchase is a gift to my wife for our 28th anniversary. My PayPal account show's $0 balance. not $7500 pending... $0. Your form letters give no explanation for why this happened, and neither does your customer support. Bottom line... FIX IT!!! And please don't patronize me with "We apologize for the inconvenience" again. I've never had a problem with E bay/PayPal and I don't need one now.
