Please contact me regarding an issue with a disputed charge via your Resolution Center as well as several calls to your customer service dept. I have supporting documentation that the item was never received and several emails from the merchant that they were going to refund me the $$. I am simply appauled at the lack of assistance shown. I have used PayPal for years and this is the thanks I get. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB. Social Media is a great platform to vent your frustrations, too.
