i have been waiting for a refund from paypal uk since the 15th june.
both myself and e bay seller have been in communication with paypal, numerous times,
the seller has done his best ,but has told its left his bank and its now pending.
i am informed it can take 30days , which would be 15th july. how is this possible that a simple bank transfer can take 4 weeks. ? please can u e mail me back in the uk , thank you
