please tell me, why do Americans have to deal with Asians/Foreigners when a customer service number for Paypal is called? I made a $52.65 purchase in January, for which i forgot about, and in June 2020 started getting late fee statements in the mail. I have and my wife have always paid our bills on time. I offered your Asian customer service people moneys i owed + 1 month late fee and was told that was not sufficient.
#1 Why can Paypal customers not get service from american people?
#2 Why can american customers not get customer service from people that have phone service that can be understood?
#3 GIVE AMERICANS CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS, NOT FOREIGNERS. WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND THEM ON THE PHONE.
TAKE YOUR COMPANY TO ANOTHER LEVEL IN THESE TIMES OF HATE AND DISRUPTION AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
I am willing to pay the $52.65 that i owe and 1 month late fee to clear my account. Take it or leave it. If i do not receive bills, I cannot pay them.
