Ryan requested copies of my phone bill verifying the name and phone numbers of an account in question. Both my son and I tried to set up venmo accounts from his number and mine only to find out they were being used under someone else's email address. I sent him verification and asked for clarification as to how this can happen for two phone numbers under one account. I am still waiting on my account to be verified and corrected so my son and I can set up accounts. In addition he has yet to answer my question. Which is not good business. Hence the reason I am emailing you.
