PayPal is my preferred method as it is convenient for my clients but if your staff cannot read and understand a basic contract that ends up taking money from my business, I will easily convert to a cash only business and save myself paying PayPalâs fees.
A client filed a dispute to get his fee back. I provided PayPal with numerous legal documents from my business this client signed that say no refunds, yet PayPal favored the client in the dispute. I wonder if the documents were even read?
I would like a reply as to the reasoning to ignore legal contractual matters and take money from a long time business customer?
