Patricia Pierson sent a message to Daniel Schulman that said:

Received email from customer service asking if I approved a purchase. Called them telling them I did not have a PayPal acct. They said I did and my identity had been stolen. Since then they have stolen $10,000 from me through Zelle. Don't know if this is a scam or you have a few unscrupulous employees but wanted to inform you. If its a scam they are using PayPal's name.
