SERIOUSLY MAN< how do you think its acceptable for paypal to have 1 to 2 week resolution time for a refund item under 90 day guarantee, where its shipped back, the seller has it and i have to wait antoher entire week or more for a refund. and for other items where on ebay they agreed to refund then renigged, at last moment, and i claim 90 day refund under buyer protection bc it doesnt function nor did it ever, upon delivery to me, 2 more weeeks. covid or not, purely ridiculous, once i get my refund im closing my paypal accounts.
