There was an obvious scam with a company called Cathego that was listed on Facebook. I spend over 200.00 on shoes to find out on google that Cathego is a terrible company. It has been several weeks and when I looked into what to do I filed a dispute. I was told I did not meet the requirements for a dispute but was asked to provide more information which I did and was denied again. I trust Pay pal. I use it often to purchase items and to send money. This severely affects my trust. I was sure that Pay pal would handle this situation. The amount is small but the message is clear.
If I were the CEO I would want know.
