Today, 9/30/2020, I received a paypal debit master card. I did not apply for a card with Pay Pal, and when I tried to call to report this, it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a live person. At this point, I feel like this is FRAUD. I am concerned with my credit, which is excellent. If I do not hear back from someone regarding this, I will find out who to report Pay Pal as fraudulently use of my name and credit. When calling your company, the automated system will not transfer you to a live agent, even though it tells you it will, and finally, it tells you to contact the pay pal help center,
