Well if you really are the CEO of Paypal, then I want to tell you that it is going to be a very long while before I use this company again. I bought The Bionic Woman DVD package on Ebay and I must of been tired and did not see how to correct the address on ebay. So when I told it to use my paypal account and then it went back to Ebay it had the wrong address. It had my South Carolina address and I have not lived there since 2010. I move back to Texas then. So I emailed and tried to get my money back, and I was told in email through both Ebay and Paypal that I could not be reimbursed because of the fact that it was delivered. I tried to tell them that I never received it, and I also tried to reach out to the seller since they said they could not do a simple thing of changing my address. So I told them to cancel it and then when they finally got to doing that it was to late. So it ended up at my ex wife's address. I will never see it. That was in October, so I said if I call them and talk to someone then maybe I could get the money back. We are only talking about a small amount of money. I called Ebay and they gave me the run around and then said they would call paypal, and when I was trying to talk to paypal I got disconnected with Ebay. Then I finally got to talking to the very nice customer service at paypal and I thought I would get somewhere. When they said I would have to hold I was on hold forever. I said I am not going to wait for them to make up their mind. So I can say that back in October and now I learned a valuable lesson. Do not try to buy something when you are tired, and make sure to pay attention to everything. It was a small amount of money and I am unemployed due to my injuries and working in retail. So If I never get the money back again that is my own fault. Have a wonderful and blessed day.
