Jeanne Mesenbrink sent a message to Daniel Schulman that said:
Your company will not respond to a resolution dispute that I filed. I cannot speak to a "real" person about this. I ordered a Google NEST thermostat for $149.99; and received a cell phone cover in Chinese from China. Somehow this was a fraud and was intercepted when I ordered it. I followed the company's directions and mailed it back to China that same day through USPS; which cost $35.35. This was delivered to China. I have a picture of this cell phone cover and the USPS delivery statement. Why did I not receive my money back from this scam? We are retired and could use this money for bills or groceries. Please help in any way.
