Robert Sapoff sent a message to Eugene Lee that said:
To Whom It May Concern: My wife and I have been fans of your restaurant for many years. We always consider it a treat to dine at The Capital Grille and have done so for many years at your Paramus NJ location. We just discovered your Parsippany NJ location and since we are not eating indoors at restaurants, put in an online order. When I called the location to ask an ordering question, I was told that curbside pickup was not an option (despite saying the opposite on your website). When I arrived (wearing a mask) I went to the bar as directed. There all three bartenders looked at me and promptly ignored me. It wasn't until a bartender walked toward me to pour some wine that I was able to get any service and that was only after saying "Excuse me". I picked up three full bags of food and no one offered me any assistance in carrying out all of this food to my car.
This type of behavior is the exact opposite of the type of customer service that makes The Capital Grille so special! I hope someone can talk to the staff at your Parsippany NJ location and train them in how to treat a customer picking up an order and find out why they do not honor the curbside pickup option that your website offers.
