I wish to highlight the disappointment I have with your organisation and lack of customer service response- I absolutely get we are unprecedented times due to COVID-19 as part of the NHS I am fully aware of this however your website is not helpful and if you look at twitter you will also see a number of concerns that your customers are raising I have been trying for a number of days now to get a response re my booking as I am in a circular response between the hotel and your 'helpdesk' I would really welcome someone actually contacting me which is why I have had to reluctantly resorted to contact you
