Sorry to have to contact you regarding such a small matter, however i am fumigated with the service and resolution of my booking as below.
A Booking was made on booking.com 2 day prior with payment made when requested full refund due to last minute cancellation along with change to another property and requesting Â£50 check in fee deposit before check in, i have opened a dispute with paypal as i find this service disgusting.
The host should have offered full refund, if they wanted to offer another alternative location then a full details such as link should have been provided along with smooth transaction not asking for deposit beforehand.
I hope a full refund can be made as i made booking well in advance on the 9th and stay was meant to 11th however just few before messages were sent via email, no courtesy phone call or text message was sent.
I have emails with booking details and no show email to confirm above.
