I booked a hotel stay in Feb in the LA area for this June on booking.com and would like to cancel my reservation according to the booking.com cancellation policy. However that policy has changed based on recent CV events without any notification. I expect a full refund from the $504 I spent not the $35 your website says.
If I don't get a reasonable response to this, I will assume your company is stealing my money.
