I have attempted to list my timeshare week on your Booking.com website for the past week, only to have your company screw things up completely. The property (ID: 5722025) is only available for Aug. 1, 2020 to Aug. 8, 2020, yet I've had people contact me who have reserved the property for Oct. 19, 2019 and Oct. 25-27, 2019. I've had to cancel both reservations. I spoke to one of your representatives and told her that the property is only available for Aug. 1, 2020 to Aug. 8, 2020, and she said that she would take care of the listing, but she didn't. I've had it with your company, your reservations system, and the inability to contact you when there's a problem. Please remove my property from your system and cancel my account. I did not ask for such difficulties.
