Sir,
We use your website regularly but are disappointed by the deterioration in the services and website since the last few months to a year.
The site does not provide accurate information about the rooms. Also whether the hotel rooms chosen has private bathroom or a shared one or whether there is lift or not or whether there is a kitchen or not is not clear. Also, many hotels give false information about kitchen etc. but the guests later find that they were cheated and there was no kitchen there. Also in many hotel descriptions, at one particular room about the bathrooms, both -private and shared- are mentioned in the same place. I mean, what does all this mean? It only confuses the guests and they are put off.
Your website has become one MESS and I would be grateful if you can clear all this mess at the earliest. Please rectify the information about the hotels and put them properly.
ALSO, in the payment amount given to the guests and that given to the owner, there is a discrepancy leading to unnecessary feuds there.
