I sent a email to you. It is a serious complaint on Angel Ng (Country Business Manager), Pepys Wong (the Head of Client Experience), Victor Yuen (the Head of Client Advocacy). An exacerbation of the serious complaint because of their bias protection on the internal staffs. They did the very unfair treatment to my serious complaint. They aligned together to support each others to hide the truth and they said the lies behind you. They did the very big mistakes, so it caused the exacerbation of the serious complaint. The original complaint is the complaint on a telesales, but Victor Yuen and Pepys Wong are fully incapable to exacerbate the complaint into severity. Angel Ng is foolish to do the bias protection without the fair judgement, it further caused the serious exacerbation of the complaint. IF they did the fair treatment, why I wrote the serious complaint letter to you ?????? I am a client deal with Citibank over 22 years with the high creditability, reliability. I am a loyal and reliable client, but your Hong Kong staffs Victor Yuen and Pepys Wong treated my account in confusion due to a telesales. In the past, there are no problem before a stranger telesales contacted me on 3/27/2017 and 4/6/2017. The problem due to Victor Yuen confusedly managed my account and the complaint matters. Pepys Wong totally disappeared and totally escaped her departmental managerial accountabilities at her position in the Customer Service, in the situation when I seriously complained her subordinates Victor Yuen. It is very ridiculous, irrational, illogical. When I complained Pepys Wong and Victor Yuen, Angel Ng totally disappeared and totally escaped her top superior managerial accountabilities. WHERE IS THEIR MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES ?????? Their worst performance is the shame and the scandal of Citibank. Please help to rectify it and solute it. I sincerely suggested, you instructed the Human Resources Administration Director and Quality Assurance Director to contact me. So, we can solute the problem. Meanwhile., you can used the above two Directors to check and know what is the real happens about their faults (Angel Ng, Pepys Wong, Victor Yuen) and WHY Priscilla Ng Mr. C.Y. Lum and Mr. Lawrence Li did the ridiculous things to distort the complaint is a loan affairs. I needed to emphasize, I never did the loan inquiries and loan application. It was the loan offer from your Citibanks telesales, it was their actions to contact me. Thats why I angered, I dissatisfied them to distort the complaint is a loan affairs. They said the lies.
