Dear Mr. Brandon, On 1-9-16, I purchased a crib, dresser. topper and conversion kit from your Braintree MA store. The employees were very nice, they encouraged me to open a charge in order to save money which I did. On 1-11-16, I received a phone call telling me that the computers were down when I placed the order but they were going to reorder everything. I called 2 weeks later, wondering about a delivery date. I was told that I had cancelled the order!
They called back later that day to tell me it was in the store and I could pick it up anytime. Okay, except that I had paid to have it delivered and set up! They promised to call the delivery company and have it delivered to me. We did not receive a call.
I filed a complaint on-line to your company and was told that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. The next day, I received a call from the store manager,Sue, who promised to make things right.
She managed to get a delivery date of 2-3-16.
When it was delivered, they first said they would not put anything together! We provided the receipt. When the crib was assembled, there was a large gouge in the front . Of course, we refused delivery. We were told to "take it up with the store ,we have other customers!" I had to call the store who then told them to take everything back.
Since I can\'t speak to anyone directly, I once again had an on-line chat and was again told that someone would call me within 24-48 hours. As of today, no one has called. I called your headquarters and was told to go back to the store.
I do not feel that any one is helping me. This is the set that my daughter and her husband want for their baby. It is a beautiful set and you have the exclusive. I can\'t get it anywhere else. No one has offered to refund my money or to obtain a new set that isn\'t damaged. I don;t know where else to go for help.
Your products are great! My daughter has registered with your store and has received many wonderful things for her new baby. I just wish she had a crib and dresser.
I appreciate anything you can do to help me.
