Dear Mr. Brandon,
I was typing an email on line when your site disappeared. If this is a duplicate, I am sorry.
My 39 year old daughter had my first grand baby this year. He will soon be 4 months old. He was long prayed for so you can imagine our joy! There were lots of showers and celebrations.
At one of these showers she received a box of size 1 Pampers swaddlers purchased at one of your Babies R Us stores. The box contains 168 diapers. Of course, this was not the only box she received, so he has out grown this size. Since there was not a gift receipt, I made a few telephone calls to find out where this particular box was purchased and found it was purchased at one of your stores. The salesperson I spoke with said the box was only worth 3 cents!!!! but, if I came in with proper ID they would probably swap them. That was not the case. When my son-in-law took them into the store the salesperson said they could give him 3 cents for them--no more and no exchange. My daughter called and spoke with the manager and he was nice and polite but still just 3 cents. She called a number listed for the corporate office and left a message, but no one has returned her call.
I know this is not really how you want to do business. She has had to return/exchange items at Walmart, Target, Buy Buy Baby, and Rite-Aid and has not had any trouble. Please make this right by doing the right thing for a family with their first baby.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Barbara Barfield
