My 8 year daughter was very excited to go to our local Toys r Us to pick out a new bicycle. She found one and it had dents on it with scuff marks being on the rack. We told them that we wanted a new one put together. They said that it would cost 10 dollars and take 24 hours and we said that\'s fine. 24 hours passed and my wife called the store (6057) to make sure it was ready since we live 15 miles from it. She was on hold for 11 minutes and they came back on the line and said it was ready. Off they went to pick it up. They got the bike in the car and realized that this was the bike with the dents and scuffs from the rack. She took it back inside and they offered 20% off the bike. After calling me we decided to have a new bike put together like it should\'ve been in the first place. This was a bad situation that wasn\'t made much better. We don\'t know what Tuesday will bring. If you can shed some light on this or resolve the issue please let me know.
