I am writing this email to you on behalf of my mother she is a foster parent over 20 years now she cant give out her email because the Children Aid will not allow her unless its ok with them . My mom went to Toys R us in Barrie Ontario she bought the LEAPPAD 2 GLO for the little 7 year old has autism . She bought it on October 10 2015 . My mom brought it back because it was not working right you would plug it in and nothing . She brought it back before the time end for her receipt was ending . The lady at the ToysRUS said to my mom she has 45 days to bring it back if anything is wrong with . my mom brought it back on NOVEMBER 16 2015 THE LADY AT THE CASH EXCHANGE IT MY MOM BROUGHT THE NEW ONE HOME PULLED IT OUT OF THE PACKAGE AND TURN IT ON SHE SAW IT NEED TO BE PLUGED IN SO SHE DID THEN I SENT IT UP FOR HER SO HER FOSTER GUY WHO HAS AUTISM CAN LEARN AFTER A COUPLE DAYS IT DID THE SAME THING WAS NOT COMING ON SO SHE PLUG IT IN THINKING IT WAS LOW ON BATTERY . AFTER HOUR PLUG IN SHE CHECK IT AND IT DID NOT COME ON . SHE TRYED TO BRING IT BACK BUT THE SAME LADY SAID CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF OUR BOOKLET . SHE DID AND SHE GOT SO MAD BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT GIVING HER THE RIGHT INFO . mY MOM WAS LETTING THE LITTLE BOY TO USE HER I pad SHE SAID WAS WAS GOING BACK TO TOYSRUS AND SHE BOUGHT A KURIO XTREME FOR HIM HE LOVE IT BUT NOW THEY ARE HAVING THE SAME THING WITH THIS ONE MY MOM DOESNT WANT TO GO BACK TO TOYSRUS BECAUSE SHE WILL NOT GET THE RIGHT TREATMENT . ALL my mom wants is to get her money back . Since she has bought these things he has been speaking more words and counting and spelling words too . it is a big emprovement for him . Can you please sent me a email to let me know how you can help . I would really be happy to make my mom happy and enjoy sitting with this little guy again with out something breaking down when this happen he cried and freak out . Every children should be treat as your own and this I pads areth ebest thing for children with Autism or even other disability children . please send me a potive email so I can let my mom know .
