Good afternoon I am writing to you in regards to my daughter\'s experience with your company\'s delivery service. She is very upset and felt the need for me to be the one to contact you. She purchased a $558 dresser from your company for her seven-month-old daughter paying $124.99 for a shipping surcharge making her total with tax be $718.58. Only to be informed at time of delivery that they were responsible for actually taking it off of the truck and carrying it up to a second floor. This is completely unacceptable for such a billion dollar company. My daughter only weighs 115 pounds and is home with a seven-month-old. How do you expect her with a baby to carry up such a huge dresser to a second floor? Yet, still have the audacity to charge $125 for delivery just to drop off in the middle of a parking lot. Due to this issue I researched many reviews on how you hire an outside company for delivery and many other people have had this issue. I live 3 hours away from my daughter, yet even if I did not this is still unacceptable and needs to be rectified. Charging a $125 fee and leaving a $700 product in a parking lot with no way of getting it up to a second floor is completely insane. Your mission statement is about being a neighbor friendly company and service in your community and customers. Please Rectify this situation on a complete refund for delivery charge of $125 for a service that should be front door service.
