Good Evening,

I am writing this e-mail with great disappointment. I have recently had my first child and chose to do my registry with Babies R Us over your competition, Buy Buy Baby. After completing my registry and signing up for all of the appropriate rewards, I waited for my Endless Earnings reward to come 12 weeks after the "event" (birth of my child). I am now almost 20 weeks past and getting NO assistance from your customer service. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and get the $340 that is supposed to be coming back to me via this Endless Earnings program.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of training for your call center employees and lack of accountability. This is not a company that I will continue to do business with if something as simple as filing a trouble ticket to get a rewards balance given to a customer takes months and months on end. As i\'m sure you understand, my time is limited and valuable, and spending hours on the phone with a customer care rep who has NO idea what he is doing is not my idea of productive.
