Good morning, I\'ve been trying to solve an issue with toys are us for a while now and I really don\'t know who to turn to anymore. I searched online and found this email, maybe there\'s something you can do.

I purchased a $50 Toys R Us on October 17th for my son\'s birthday and a few days later I went into the store to use and it has a zero balance. I founded odd but I called toys r us and they told me they will investigate and call me back. They didn\'t called me so I called again, and I called about 7 times after that to get this issue solved. They told me there\'s something wrong with the gift card because in the system it shows as expired and gift cards never expire, also they see the transaction of when it was purchased and nothing else after that, they told me to email the gift card to customercare@toysrus.com which I did and got no repy. On my second to ladt phone call they said they will mail me a new gift card and they never did. on my last phone call yesterday they said they never received the email and to email again. It has been a month already and nobody does anything. I have no reason to give toys r us my money, i need my money back asap! I asked to speak with a supervisor yesterday and the representative never got me one on the phone, it\'s completely disrespectful. I sent the email again yesterday to giftcardhelp@toysrus.com and I bet you nobody will contact me back. Maybe there\'s something you can do to have the gift card replaced.

Thank you
