My mother, daughter, and myself went in together to get this baby bed described below for my new granddaughter. If that tells you anything, it should tell you that we are not made of money. When the delivery was made two beds were delivered.
The description as you can see says 4-in-1 Convertible Crib. The picture on your website and on the box shows the little toddler guardrail on the bed in one of the pictures. Well, come to find out that is not included, everything else is, just not that one piece. That costs another $99.99.
I called and spent around and hour and a half on the phone trying to get the unpaid for bed picked up. Everyone was very friendly and kind it just took a while. I asked since I was honest and sent the bed back if I could get the ânot worth $100 guardrail that should have come with the $500 bedâ and the lady on the other end of the phone said she would ask her supervisor. I got a $15 âRâ Us Reward. Well, OK, thank youâ¦. I baby sat the baby bed in my living room for about a week and it was picked up.
Now, I am reconciling my credit card and the $431.99 has been credited back to my account. Iâm going to give you back the money because thatâs just who I am. But I really would like to have the Simmons Kids Kingsley Toddler Guardrail â Chestnut. I think it would be nice of yâall.
