Before the holidays, you decided to drop the price 30 dollars from where I bought it so naturally I wanted the difference which your online people would not do because its past 7 days. They insist I return it and not to the store for a refund because unlike target that would be too easy. I must mail it back and pay shipping which I did and then you credited me the wrong amount. There is .48 cents that I was told I would get back along with the 15 dollar coupon code that I used. I have emailed your customer support multiple times with no response and I was told when I called that it would be 7-10 business days, it has been over two weeks and currently I am sitting on hold for over 40 minutes.
