Hello Mr. Brandon my name is Daphne Smith. I am a working woman and mother to a 4 year old boy. I normally don\'t write "The Boss" when i have a situation that bothers me but this is one of the most important things in my life, my son. In October of this year I put toys on layaway in one of your stores in Albany, NY. I paid on time and when I went to retrieve the layaway I was told that it was lost. I took a lot of time and care to select the most important things on my son\'s list. He didn\'t ask for much but the most important things he did ask for "Paw Patrol" toys were now gone. I waited for 45 mins for them to look and was told that it couldn\'t be found and I would have to re-shop again for all of the items. The staff did not even offer to call another store for me for the things i couldn\'t get. Total items on my list were 19. I had gotten all of the special things he wanted. The Paw patrol items were in high demand so i felt lucky to get them. I walked around in circles trying to find the toys again. I found 5 of the 19 original toys. Not only was i broken hearted and stressed but i\'m sure my child Gabe will be also. I was not happy with how unimportant the staff made it seem. I cannot find these items anywhere where it is not back ordered. Not sure how this Christmas will turn out for Gabe but i\'m hoping he understands Santa couldn\'t give all kids Paw Patrol so we will have to wait until after Christmas.
