I wanted to reach out and tell you how disappointed I am with your internet delivery systems. I order a product on Dec 5th and on Dec 12th I was notified that my product order was canceled. I\'m not sure why I didn\'t get an email the following day letting me know the status of the order. 7 days later is unacceptable to me.
I know this email is probably put to the way side due to the volume of customers you have but never the less I wanted to express that I will no longer be ordering from toys r us due to this mishap. Im not going to tell you how to run your business but shouldn\'t you have some sort of tracking system that updates inventory on the website daily and anyone who ordered the product the day prior gets an email NEXT DAY......Your order has been canceled? 7 days later.....you should fix this, or you will lose additional customers.
