I am writing to you because I am really upset about the way I was treated when I contacted one of your stores tonight December 6th 2016. I contacted the store after my daughter turned one yesterday December 5, 2016, and she didn\'t receive her "birthday rewards". According to the terms of Birthday rewards, she is supposed to get: a balloon and crown in the store, along with birthday recognition in the store over the intercom. Then we were to attend an in store birthday party by invitation, in which she would be given a coupon good for a Geoffrey stuffed animal, and a book courtesy of the store. We never received an invitation, therefore she received no prizes. I called the store, toys r us, great northern mall, Clay NY. The customer service representative who answered the phone was not friendly, and had no idea an answer to provide. She simply said December is too busy a time in our store, so we didn\'t have a birthday celebration for this month. I said well what about her things she is supposed to receive? She said well you can try to call next month and see if they will do anything. REALLY? because my daughter is born in December, she isn\'t allowed the same as everyone else? This whole matter is VERY irritating to me. She is only ONE, so she has MANY more birthdays to celebrate.Her clothes, toys, etc can be purchased elsewhere ñ
